We posted these "cheat" sheets to help you respond to a message asking you to upload your lessons for the lesson sharing during the Institute. If corrections need to be made to our documents below, Chris Macek of RelyonMedia (our webmaster) will make them.

To Add a File in the File Section
Click on "File Area".
On the left hand side, you will be offered the choices to do common tasks, manage content and settings.
If you want to edit any existing files, click on "Manage Content" on the left-hand side and then "Files", which is located right underneath "Manage Content". You may then select the particular file that you want to make changes to by clicking on it.
NOTE: If you had never previously posted any files, no files will be listed. This is a private area where you can view your own content- any files that you may have uploaded or posted.
If you want to add a new file, click on "Common Tasks" on the left-hand side and then "New File", which is located right underneath "Common Tasks".
Once you select either a new or an existing file, you may "upload a file" that is saved on your computer and post it on the website. In order to do this, select "Upload File" if you are working on editing an existing file (if you had selected "Manage Content" and then "Files") or select the "Specify URL/File" button if you are creating a new file (if you had selected "Common Tasks" and then "New File").
An "Upload File" box will pop up. Make sure the "Upload File" button is checked and click on "Browse". This will take you to all the files that are saved on your personal computer. Look for the file you want to upload. Once you find it, click on it and then click on the "Open" button.
This will take you back to the "Upload File" window, but now you will see the file inserted in the box to the left of the "browse" button. Click on "Save".
Make sure to type in a Title and give it a brief description. If you do not, the file will NOT post. Click on "Save".
If the file has been successfully saved it will appear in the "File Area", "Manage Content", "Files" folder.
To Insert a Saved File In a Reply To a Post In a Forum
Go to the Forum Post you want to reply to. Click on "Reply".
Above the Message box you will have various icons- Bold, Italic, Underline, etc. Click on the first one from the right, which is a picture of mountains and the sun (the icon is called "Content Selector").
A box should pop up titled "Select Content". Click on the "+" sign located to the left of the "Files" folder. Then click on the "+" sign located to the left of either the "Teachers Year 1" folder or "Teachers Year 2" folder, depending on which group you are in. Once you click on the "+" sign, a list of teachers names will appear. Scroll down and look for your name. Click on your name. All the files that you had uploaded should appear in the box to the right.
Highlight the file that you want to post in the reply by clicking on it once. Then click on "OK".
This should take you back to the "Reply" window. In it, you should now see a link to your file. You can add a description to this link (optional). Click on Post.
Your reply should appear at the bottom of the page.
Hope this is helpful.
